What Is RSNA 2026?
RSNA is the Radiological Society of North America. Its annual meeting brings radiologists, imaging staff, researchers, and medical tech companies to Chicago every year after Thanksgiving. The 2026 meeting is the 112th Scientific Assembly and Annual Meeting.

McCormick Place has four connected buildings: West, South, North, and Lakeside Center. Tell your chauffeur which building your sessions or booth are in, so the car takes you right to the door.
Hotel Deadlines to Know
RSNA has discounted rates at about 60 Chicago hotels, booked through onPeak, its official housing partner.
- November 11, 2026: last day to book through RSNA's housing system
- Since October 26, 2026: canceling a room costs one night's room and tax
- November 12 to 17: no changes while reservations move to the hotels
- After November 17: changes and cancellations go through the hotel directly
Room rates do not include Chicago's hotel tax of about 19%. The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place and the Marriott Marquis connect right to the convention center.
RSNA Shuttle Buses vs. a Private Car
RSNA runs free shuttle buses every morning and evening between its official hotels and McCormick Place. The shuttles are a good deal for the daily trip to the show. They do not go to or from the airport.
A private limo service makes more sense when you:
- Land at O'Hare airport and need to get to your hotel or straight to the show
- Stay at a hotel that is not on the shuttle list
- Leave the show early or late, outside shuttle times
- Have client dinners or meetings in the city
- Travel with gear, demo cases, or a team
Getting From O'Hare to McCormick Place
McCormick Place is about 24 miles from O'Hare airport. The drive usually takes 35 to 55 minutes depending on traffic. A reserved limo takes you directly from the terminal to your hotel or to the door of the hall.

Tips for RSNA Week
- Book your ride early. RSNA opens the Sunday after Thanksgiving, which is one of the busiest travel days of the year at O'Hare airport.
- Land Saturday if you can. The show floor opens at 10:00 AM on Sunday.
- Share your flight number. We track it and adjust your pickup if you arrive early or late.
- Know your building. Tell your chauffeur West, South, North, or Lakeside Center.
- Dress for Chicago in December. Expect cold wind off the lake.
Rides for Exhibitor Teams and Hospital Groups
Many companies and hospitals send whole teams to RSNA. A Sprinter van keeps up to 14 people and their bags together from O'Hare to the hotel.
