Where we meet you at each terminal
O'Hare has four passenger terminals - 1, 2, 3, and 5 (there's no Terminal 4). Baggage claim is on the lower level at every one, and that's the level where we meet you. Here's the quick map, then the detail.

Terminal 1
Home to United (with Lufthansa and ANA). Two concourses, B and C, are joined by the landmark lighted underground walkway. Follow Baggage Claim down to the lower level; we meet you there with a sign or at the arrivals curb just outside.
Meet at T1 baggage claim / lower curb
Terminal 2
United Express, Air Canada, and JetBlue, among others. Baggage claim is on the lower level; we meet you at the terminal door or curbside there. (Terminal 2's upper level is also where rideshare queues - but that's not where we are.)
Meet at T2 baggage claim / lower curb
Terminal 3
American's base, plus Alaska, British Airways, Aer Lingus, Iberia, and Japan Airlines. Collect bags on the lower level; your chauffeur meets you at the terminal door with a name sign or at the arrivals curb outside.
Meet at T3 baggage claim / lower curb
Terminal 5
Delta, Frontier, and most international arrivals, with U.S. Customs here. Domestic flyers use the lower-level claim and curb; international travelers walk out after customs to the terminal door, where meet and greet is ideal.

Airline-to-terminal assignments can change - always confirm your terminal on your boarding pass, or find it in our full list of O'Hare airlines by terminal. Meeting you at Terminal 5
If you're arriving from overseas, you'll almost always land at Terminal 5 and clear immigration, collect your bags, and pass through U.S. Customs before reaching the public arrivals hall. (Preclearance flights from Canada and Ireland are the exception - they land at a domestic terminal already cleared.) Here's exactly how the meet works.

- 2Walk out to the door. Once you clear customs, head to the Terminal 5 exit door, and that's where your chauffeur is waiting.
